WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?
Refer to our Size Guide in order to measure your body and find the perfect size for you.
Our goal is to ensure you receive perfectly fitting items without the hassle of ordering and returning multiple sizes. To achieve this, we make every effort to design our cuts as true to size as possible. Additionally, each product page includes a detailed size chart with information on measurements and fits.
I am between two sizes, should I choose the smaller or the larger size?
If you find yourself between two sizes, the choice between the smaller or larger size depends on your preferred fit. Most of our bikinis are adjustable, offering the flexibility to wear both sizes comfortably. Consider whether you prefer a little more fabric or a cheekier fit to make your decision.
Ultimately, it's more about the fit than worrying whether the pieces won't suit you. If you're still unsure, feel free to send us a message anytime, and our team will provide personalized advice.
DO THE BIKINI TOPS COME WITH INCLUDED PADS?
Most of our bikini tops come with removable pads, giving you the flexibility to wear them with or without padding, or even replace them with your own based on your preferences. You can check whether the top you're interested in includes pads by referring to the individual product description and details on the product page.
Please note that the following tops do NOT include pads: BAE TOP, RAYE TOP. However, for the BAE TOP, we've designed it with openings so that you can insert pads later if you choose to.
HOW DO I WASH MY CALUA BIKINIS?
After a swim, give your bikini a quick rinse with cold water. Please avoid wringing it out, as this could influence the fit!
DOs
Hand wash is ideal, do this when you can. If you cannot hand wash, a mesh washing bag should be used in the washing machine. Although your bikini can handle up to 40°C, we suggest treating it to a gentle cycle to keep it looking fabulous for ages. Always wash your CALUA items with similar colors. If you are unsure about the temperature, it's better to wash your items with cold water.
DONTs
Never wash your CALUA items hotter than specified on the care label. Avoid washing dark and light-colored items together. Avoid using too much detergent, and never use bleaching products! Skip the tumble dryer. If you really need to iron your bikini, go for low heat, and be gentle with that care label inside – we wouldn't want it to peel off! Do not iron over prints, decorative hems, and embroidery.
HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN A PRODUCT IS BACK IN STOCK?
If the item you desire is currently sold out and you wish to be notified when it becomes available again, just visit the respective product page, select your desired size, and click on the 'Notify when available' option. We'll then send you an email or SMS once the item is back in stock.
HYGIENE & SAFETY
At CALUA, quality and hygiene are our top priorities. Before anything leaves our warehouse, our products undergo strict quality controls to guarantee they meet our standards. When it comes to returns, we pay extra attention to stains, odors, and discoloration - especially to bikini bottoms. The hygienic seal has to be intact to be eligible for return. We don't accept returns for items that are soiled or damaged because we genuinely want every customer to get flawless items, every time.

SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays. After we receive your order, our team works extremely quickly and reliably to pick and pack it as soon as possible. We ultimately ship your package within 24 hours of the order receipt, but at a maximum of 2 business days. This process may take longer during launches, specials, holidays, and sale periods.
We will then ship your package with DHL, and you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number after this has taken place. You can find the DHL delivery times to your country in the "Shipping Methods" tab. Please note that DHL does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays; therefore, your order will be delivered the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Warenpost. Please note that the tracking for Warenpost is different and less detailed than for regular parcel deliveries.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the package weight. The shipping time depends on the destination. You can find further information about shipping prices and DHL delivery times to your country in the "Shipping Methods" tab.
It might happen that your parcel gets handed over to another carrier in your individual country, so you can also use their tracking as soon as this has taken place.
DUTIES & IMPORT FEES (NON-EU)
All goods imported into a country outside the EU must be declared to customs, and therefore, additional customs duties or import fees may apply, which are not displayed when the order is completed. You can find more information about customs here.
We have no control over these costs and, therefore, cannot provide any information on how high they will be. If you would like to find out about the amount in advance, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery, and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
All our shipments, regardless of the destination country, can be tracked via a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email or within your CALUA account. Alternatively, the shipment can also be tracked directly with the respective carrier using the shipping number.
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order does not show activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us to investigate.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes to completed orders. However, if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, you can contact us and we will see if it is still possible to change your address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We're incredibly sorry if you have any issues with your delivery. Please note that we're not responsible for the delivery from the moment we hand over your package to the carrier.
In case you haven't received your package, but the tracking shows that it has been delivered, you should first check your mailbox to see if a notification card has been left for the delivery. If you were not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier may have left your package with a neighbor, in the hallway, or brought it to a pick-up point. If you have not received a notification card, we recommend that you check the tracking for further information about the location of your package.
Packages are only stored at a pick-up point for 7 days before being sent back to us.
If none of these apply, or the carrier’s tracking link for your order does not show activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us to investigate.
WHY WAS MY PACKAGE SENT BACK TO CALUA?
If your order has been returned to us, it can have various reasons.
• In most cases, there have been two unsuccessful delivery attempts and the package has therefore been taken to a pick-up station and stored there for a week. If you haven't picked it up this week, it will be sent back to us.
• The package was refused upon delivery.
• Your delivery address was incomplete or wrong.
• The package was damaged in transit.
Please note that it can take up to three weeks for the package to get back to us. The return will be processed and refunded under our regular return policies.
Returns & Refunds
RETURN POLICY
RETURN CONDITIONS
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
The products have to be in perfect condition, unworn, with pads included, tags still attached, and in the original bag. If you don't keep at least one product, the dust bag also has to be sent back for a full refund. For any missing pads or dust bag, we reserve the right to deduct €3 from your refund amount.
Please try on all swimwear over underwear. For hygienic reasons, you can’t return swimwear bottoms if the hygienic sticker is damaged or lost. If the returned products are NOT in perfect condition and have any signs of wear such as stains, odor, or do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the item and send it back to you.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please use our Return Center to submit your return.
Germany: One (1) free exchange to another size per order. Free returns for gift card. For refunds to your original payment method a DHL shipping fee of 5.99€ will apply. Alternatively, you can ship the package by yourself with a carrier of your choice.
International Returns: Unfortunately, we can't create return labels for international returns. You will be responsible for the cost of return and can ship back your package with the carrier of your choice.
REFUNDS
Please note that it can take up to 30 days to process your return.
We will always refund to the same payment method you used for your purchase. Refunds can take up to 14 days from the day you receive the refund notification. This duration is based on external services and cannot be influenced by us.
If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.
RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY

You are responsible for the costs of the return and can choose whether you create a label yourself at the carrier of your choice, or if we should send you a pre-paid DHL label and deduct the costs of €5.99 from your refund amount.
EXCHANGES
FREE
Exchange a piece that doesn't fit you for another size. We will provide you with a DHL return label and send you a new package with the chosen exchange size after we receive your return. Please be aware that we only offer one (1) free exchange per order.
REFUNDS TO GIFT CARD
FREE
If you choose to process your return for store credit we will send you a free DHL return label. Once we receive your return, a CALUA gift card will be issued and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, we can't create pre-paid return labels for international returns. You will be responsible for the cost of the return and can ship back your package with the carrier of your choice. The return address will be sent to you by email as soon as your return request is approved.
HOW TO START A RETURN

You can always send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice at your expense.
If you're from Germany, you can also choose to receive a pre-paid DHL return label via email. Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee of 5,99€, which will be deducted from your refund. For refunds to a gift card, the return shipping is free.
RESPONSIBILITY & FAIRNESS
Since it is very important to us that every customer receives flawless items, we appeal to you to return your items in the same condition you have received them.
Hygiene and safety are our top priorities, which is why we cannot take back soiled or damaged goods. Bikini bottoms cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken or lost. Please try on all bikini bottoms over underwear.
Returned items must be in the original bag with all tags still attached. To receive a full refund, ensure that all items are unworn and in perfect condition. All items will be inspected upon the arrival of the return. If we find any faults, we reserve the right to refuse the item and send it back to you.
FAIRNESS
If we increasingly notice that your ordering and return behavior deviates from the norm (e.g., frequently ordering an excessive number of items and returning them, or failing to pick up your packages at pick-up stations several times), we reserve the right to block you from further orders, remove your account, or, if applicable, cancel any additional orders you have placed.
EXCHANGES
For German orders, it's possible to exchange to another size one (1) time per order for free. If you're from another country and want to exchange an item, you can return the item as usual and place a new order.
RETURNS WITH KLARNA
Please report your return not only in our returns portal, but also with Klarna, preferably in the Klarna app. You can easily choose which items you are returning and Klarna will then pause your invoice and payment terms until you have sent your order back to us and we have processed your return.
It may take a few days for us to receive your return at our warehouse. Once it has been delivered, we will do our best to process the return within 14 days and issue a refund to your original payment method. As soon as we have booked your return, you will receive your notification by email. Your invoice amount will then be automatically adjusted by Klarna and you can then simply pay for the items that you actually kept. If you do not keep any items from your order, the entire invoice amount will of course be retained. If you have paid the full invoice in advance, you will receive a refund from Klarna to the account originally used within 10 days.
Reminders
If you have exceeded the payment deadline for your invoice, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In order to avoid reminder fees, we recommend that you settle the invoice as soon as possible. CALUA is not responsible for reminder or late fees.
If you have already returned your order and still receive a reminder, you should first contact Klarna. If the case cannot be resolved, Klarna will then contact us and we will solve the problem together.
*Please note that you should contact Klarna directly, as we do not receive any information about you or your order from Klarna for data protection reasons.
CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PACKAGE?
Yes, even with pleasure! We want to reduce the environmental impact of shipping and packaging waste as much as possible, so we would be happy if you send your returns back in one package.
How do I combine my returns?
Very simple: Register separate returns for each order in the returns portal. After we have checked and confirmed your request, you will receive an email with the return instructions for each return. Simply put everything you want to return in one box and return it, and we will handle everything else.
CAN I KEEP THE CALUA DUST BAG EVEN IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
The dust bag belongs directly to the bikini and serves to protect it during transport. It is NOT a free gift, but an added value that we give our customers, because we want every customer to enjoy their bikini for as long as possible. If you don't keep at least one bikini-piece of your order, you also have to return the holo bag for a full refund. If the bag is missing, we reserve the right to deduct 3€ from your refund amount.
Orders & Payments
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
After completing an order, changes or cancellation are only possible for a very short time. Once your package has been picked in our warehouse, the order cannot be changed or canceled anymore. If you have changed your mind or noticed errors in your order or address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product and your order number to info@calua.shop and we will help you with a resolution.
HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
You can find your order number in all emails that you receive from us about the order. It starts with a # character and has 4 digits. Alternatively, you can also view your order number in your customer account. If you do not have an account and have not received our emails, please contact us at info@calua.shop and we will provide you with your order number.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
After you have authorized your credit card during the checkout process, it will be charged immediately. If everything went well, you will then receive an order confirmation from us.
If your credit card is not approved, it will not be charged accordingly. We will send you an email regarding this and inform you that the payment was not approved.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, babe! We offer gift cards for every budget, easily purchased as digital gift cards with a unique voucher code.

A digital gift card is a fantastic idea to bring joy to your loved ones. Choose an amount that fits your budget, and your soon-to-be CALUA angel can use the digital gift card to shop on our site anytime, from anywhere. Our gift cards expire after 3 years.
The recipient can redeem it from any corner of the globe. Further information, including your digital gift card, will be sent to you in an email after you've completed your order.

HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Go on our website and select “Account” from the top right menu. You will then be directed to the login area and can click on the "Register" field below. Once you've entered your first and last name, email address, and set a password, you're pretty much done.
You will shortly receive an email at the email address you provided and be asked to activate your account. When you have done that, your account is ready and you can now order more easily and quickly and view your orders at any time. You also have the option of changing your address yourself easily, or adding more addresses.
I DON'T RECEIVE EMAILS FROM CALUA.
If you place an order, create an account, or sign up to our newsletter, you'll receive emails from us after your approval. Please note that you'll receive a confirmation email before you start receiving any further emails from us.
If you're not receiving emails from us, consider the following reasons:
• Check your spam folder to see if the emails ended up there.
• Ensure you've agreed to receive emails by checking your inbox for the opt-in email. Click the included link to confirm your subscription.
• Double-check your email address by logging into your CALUA account. If there's a mistake, you can update your email address at any time or re-register with the correct one.
