The products have to be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the original bag. If you don't keep at least one product, the holographic bag also has to be sent back for a full refund.

Please try on all swimwear over underwear. For hygienic reasons, you can't return swimwear bottoms if the hygienic sticker is damaged or lost. If the returned products are NOT in perfect condition and show any signs of wear, such as stains or odor, or do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the item, send it back to you, and deduct the shipping costs from your refund amount.

If you're from Germany, you can decide if you want a refund to your original payment method, a CALUA gift card, or if you want to exchange a piece to another size. Please find further information about the returns shipping and costs in the table below.

We accept international returns that meet the above criteria. Unfortunately, we can't create pre-paid return labels for international returns. You will be responsible for the cost of the return and can ship back your package with the carrier of your choice. The return address will be sent to you by email as soon as your return request is approved.
